GOSPEL HILL

Gospel Hill is one of the best drama movies directed by Giancarlo Esposito. The plotline of the movie narrates the lives of two men in an imaginary town South Carolina (Julia). Paul Malcolm (Samuel L. Jackson), a slain activist, is the father of John Malcolm (Danny Glover). His wife Sarah (Angela Bassett) was a schoolteacher. Jack Herrod (Tom Bower) is a white ex-sheriff who didn’t reached to the base of the slay. But everything changes when a development corporation comes to the town with the strategies to destroy town's significant African-American society of “Gospel Hill”. This society was already troubled and was in poor condition. However, Sarah opposes their plan. In the meantime, a youthful white teacher (Julia Stiles) also comes in the story. It is quite interesting to see how things move and how everything gets sorted out.
